In 2020, as Datadog celebrated its remarkable 10th-year anniversary, a unique project emerged where all designers, myself included, were given the honor of contributing to the festivities. The task was to create a design for Zoom meetings and desktop wallpapers that captured the essence of a decade of innovation. For my contribution, I dove into the familiar hexagon shape that's been a consistent design element across our branding. The twist was to introduce "connector" elements, creating a modular pattern that, despite breaking the hexagons, retained their essence. Within this design, I embedded a subtle surprise—a hidden number, the perfect '10,' revealed upon closer inspection. It became a modest yet heartfelt way to commemorate the decade-long journey of Datadog, celebrating both the past and the possibilities that lie ahead.
Datadog Partner Network Brochure

Tasked with creating an interactive PDF for the Datadog Partner Network Brochure, I collaborated closely with the talented writer team to bring this project to life. Utilizing the distinctive pattern crafted by the lead designer for the partner network, I aimed to seamlessly integrate this visual identity into the brochure.
The objective was clear—encourage partners to delve into the wealth of knowledge Datadog has shared through blog articles. I strategically utilized captivating illustrations created by my teammates, serving not only as visual breaks from the text but also as compelling entry points to the related articles. The intention was to not just convey information but to inspire partners by showcasing the depth of insights available on our blog, fostering a convincing narrative through the harmonious blend of design and content.
Datadog Certificate

Tasked by both the tech and sales teams, I took on the project of crafting a certificate of completion for Datadog. The unique twist here was the creation of a customizable template on Canva, empowering the team to effortlessly edit and personalize certificates as needed. Drawing inspiration from the established partner patterns, I made slight modifications to introduce a new shape that symbolizes "directions." This addition not only aligned with the existing design language but also lent a fresh and dynamic element to the certificate. The result was a versatile template that not only celebrated achievements but also reflected Datadog's commitment to innovation and adaptability.
